Warnings to members

Each pm should be the same, just to make things fair and all.
I say people should get, eh, up to you guys 3 warnings the most?

First Warning:

Uh oh! It seems you have (action done). Maybe you did it on accident, or didn't know, but this is not allowed and we encourage you not to do it again! This is just your first warning, please becareful!

You have (action here). This is your second warning, and if you do this again. The final warning will be your last. Please becarefull, for we do not accept this behavor.

You have (action here) and we can no longer tolertate this. If you do this again, you will be banned! And we do not want to do this, but it's something we must to to prevent this again. Thank you, and becarefull!

You have been banned from our community forum because (action here). You have ran out of warnings and not allowed to accsess the forum for (time or period here). If you feel this is a mistake, please pm a administrator for additional help.

Just ban them for a month, because they are part of the guild and deserve to see what's going on.
A week of unable to see, and month of not being able to post. If they continue doing this, just
ban them perminently.

If you do not agree with this, feel free to say what you think about it!
